I wouldnt recommend any lg appliances. My fridge was less then year old.The repairman said but a new one to much to fix still under warranty they said they refund my money lied never got it then they said it ran out I guess so after they waited 5 months so lost over 2000 on a fridge now my stove caught fire lucky I was still in the room or I wouldnt have a house and guess what they wont do anything about it either this is over 3000 I have lost They will not keep there word They will say they will refund you and if dont get money 2-4 weeks call back they keep doing it until the warranty runs out then say sorry we dont have record of it and its out of warranty its sad they do hard working ppl like this now Im stuck without a stove cause I cant afford to buy another one Do Not BuY this Stove

The oven was fine until 6 weeks after my warranty expired. I have called 3 times and been told each time that my case has been escalated and that I would hear back within 24-48 hours. Its been 7 days and I havent heard back from anyone. Every time I call same thing. In fact each person I speak to says that my case has not been created. My stovetop is shutting off intermittently and my oven smokes + smells like burning plastic when on. They wont create a concession number because it is 6 weeks past the warranty period. Customer support has been awful to deal with.

I purchased this stove in Nov 2021 had it delivered in January 2022. The display stopped working correctly 9/2/24. It has always been super hard to press the oven temp + or - symbols or to set the timer. Now the display is missing lines and the numbers are no longer correct. I contacted support and they wanted over $400 to come repair the unit. NOT EVEN 3 YEARS old the LED should last longer I purchased all LG appliances thinking they were really good but I had to repair the craft ice maker last year. Not happy with the service of LG.

The range has been fairly decent except the display has been slowly going out since it was 5-6 months old. Every time we have called for service we were told the part is on back order and no date it will be available. It seems to heat evenly and the quick boil feature is great Now that its out of warranty we are on the hook for the repair of the display once parts actually become available because nobody at our retailer recorded anything when we called to get it repaired at 6 months old.

So far so good. This range was bought to match the new microwave that we bought. Very nice range Our kitchen is now complete with all LG appliances as well as our laundry room with LG waher and dryer. Very satified so far.

When it works it works OK. Takes FOREVER to heat up. I literally have NEVER seen an oven that takes this long to heat up. Set it to 350 and walk away itll be 20 minutes or more before its up to temp.
3 years in and the display already gave out. No idea how much time left to cook etc.
A grand for three years of a working oven that takes 20 minutes to heat up? Dont waste your time. Get something else.

I purchased this product on 3-29-24 almost three months ago and I love the operation of the product but I cracked the glass cooktop. Iam having a time getting it repaired. You guys say its not your fault and Best Buy said they cant help me with it because it would cross some boundary with you guys. Offered to pay but the answer was still noso Iam stuck with three burners and a hole in the fourth.

We like the 4 appliances we bought but the rebate process Has been a nightmare LG Does not want to send us our $500 rebate. I have been fighting to get our Rebate for a month and LG Doesnt want to send it to us. I would recommend not depending on LG Fulfill their Rebate obligations.

This range is incredibly disappointing for the price.
First huge negative is that it plays a chime when you do nearly any oven function. For example when you use the bake function to preheat it plays a 10 second melody that is extremely loud. You cannot change the volume or turn this chime off. What happened to the simple beep from decades past?
The second and worst thing about this range is that the glass scratches extremely easy. The first time we cooked with this unit we used pans that are designed with SS bottoms for glass top stoves and they scratched it terribly. Ive cooked on 3 different glass tops over the years and have never scratched one. This may be a LG specific issue. I will avoid the brand if they refuse to cover it.

Bought this stove in December and paint on the bottom of the oven is chipping. Spoke with LG and with Lowes where I bought it and received no customer service response. Have sent several emails and phone calls with no one responding. Very disappointed and will not buy another LG appliance or buy anything from Lowes again.

Received the range in the first week of December 2023 having purchased it from COSTCO. Within three months three of the elements do not work any longer. Plus by the sound of the noises coming from one the knobs of one of the elements there is an electrical short. COSTCO made no effort to help me apart from giving me a reference number and indicating that the third-party holder of the warranty would get hold of me at their convenience. Of course trying to get help has now become a absolute nightmare: the company that issued the one year warranty is not replying to calls and just gives me the run around should I ever be lucky enough to actually speak to a human being. Whilst I do understand that problems can occur youd think that LG would make far more of an effort to help disappointed customers not in this case. I am very disappointed as I have had good service from all the other LG products I have purchased over many years.

Bought our stove in December. Just love it Bakes great Only problem is the bottom blue is showing signs of wear nothing but soap and water was used on it. Called LG and Lowes and so far 3 weeks later no response from anyone. Customer Service really needs to be better. Not sure if this will continue but am surprised that a 3 month old oven should show wear. I am concerned how it will look in a year

Purchased this oven about 1.5 months ago. I love having the three racks. It takes almost 10 minutes for it reach 350 degrees. Im still not used to how long to bake my cookies and which racks to use compared to my last oven. The variable sizes of cooking elements is awesome but keeping them clean is a pain. I use Cerma Bryte and its worth it. Im also really careful about not sliding my pots and pans on the glass surface. The bottom draw for sheet pans etc is a decent size. My husband loves the proofing mode for bread. Overall were happy with our purchase.

Bought this right before Thanksgiving. I used it to cook several times during Thanksgiving week then regular use until Christmas. Used it to cook all through Christmas Holidays with no problems. I loved cooking the turkey using the convection feature However shortly after the new year the oven started smoking when I turned it on. smoked billowed out on all sides. Smelled like burning plastic or wires. The inside of the oven was completely clean so it couldnt have been burned on food etc. My husband turned the breaker off to the oven for safety purposes. .I contacted LG and the rep must have dropped the ball because I had to call a second time before I could get a tech to come out. That time they promptly came out and to our surprise could find NOTHING wrong with it no evidence of anything burned or shorted. However the tech said he could definitely smell the burned smell. After the tech told me it was safe to use I baked several different times and had no further issues. Still a mystery.

I like the variety of burner sizes and having 3 racks. The cooktop is a pain to keep clean. I have used only LG recommended products yet it still doesnt look totally clear. I havent used all the cooking features yet so I cant speak how they work.

Unfortunately LG has a problem with the stove top and refuse to recognize it and passes it off to cosmetic. Stove delivered on Monday Dec 4 and Friday the front left burner glass bubbled up. It is not perfectly smooth now. After several calls photo sent not to mention the hrs on the phone their bottom line if we send a tech wed be responsible as they clearly call it a blemish. Very sad as we love the stove other wise. If your buying from HD dont buy it on their internet buy inside the store as the store has no record of the purchase and they couldnt help us. We had our last glass top for 10 yrs and never an issue Buyers beware

the stove is great other than the drawer is too small and the stove will not go all the way back against the wall because of the shorter drawer its a 1972 house so its not up to par like the newer homes.

Have really enjoyed this range so far. We havent used the air fry convection feature yet but we purchased an air fry basket and drip pan to try soon. My only complaint is that these items didnt come with the range especially because air frying is promoted so highly as a feature.

Im not happy with the fact that the convection fan kicks off and on at temperatures of 300 and 325.
Its on for a minute off for a minute on for a minute off for a minute.
Makes no sense.
At temperatures above 350 it works fine stays on constantly like it should.
The convection feature isnt as even cooking as my previous KitchenAid stove.
On the KitchenAid I could do three racks of cookies and there would be some brown or cookies on the outside edge but not much.
On this LG the bottom rack is hardly cooked and the top rack is brown and thats only with two racks.
Forget three racks it couldnt do it.

The convection feature is terrible. I had a KitchenAid before and the fan stayed on contantly when in convection bake. But the LG only runs consistently at temps above 330 degrees. The KitchenAid cooked 3 racks of cookies quite evenly. The LG cant cook 2 racks evenly. Top rack is brown bottom rack is not cooked. 3 racks are a disaster. Bought for the Air Fry and LG quit making the air fry rack that allows more space between the food and the grease catcher. Store bought racks dont leave required space..Nobody could tell me why they wuite making that LG Air Fry rack. Support is terrible for all 3 products. Wont be recommending LG to anyone and will switch back to KitchenAid next time. KitchenAid have convection broil also that I used. It was a far superior product to LG. Fridge is OK. Dishwasher is lackluster and support sucks. Manuals should be more in depth. Support told me default setting on dishwasher is to no heat the water coming in: That is just uses hot water tank temp. Previous Model No LG heated all incoming water to minimum temp. Not happy with this product either. So fridge is alright but worried if something goes wrong I wont get support for any of these products.

Ive had this range a year. It replaced a 26 yr. old Thermador. Maybe Im comparing a compact with a cadillac but it is not even close in quality. The burners do not heat extremely slowly if the pan cant be turned on high which most of mine cant the oven is not well insulated the oven light is so sensitive that it will turn on when I walk close to the range. I made the mistake of assuming that the burners were all different sizes like my old range top. They are not. All of the small burners are one size the 2 mid-size are the same and the large is larger than most all home pans. Most of my standard pans are either smaller or larger and dont really fit any of them. I should have either measured them or read the fine specs somewhere. I was told that nothing on the market today would be close to what I had and they were right. Very disappointing that a good range is not available for such a vital part of my days. The range fails in part because of unreal expectations I guess. It also fails in part because I didnt read the specs and look at the details well enough. I would not recommend this range for any serious cook and would not purchase it again myself had I known what it would be like.

Not satisfied with this product. After a few month of usage the numbers around the knobs are getting erased. Also the clock started to act funny not showing some numbers.we never know what time it is by looking at the its clock.I like LG but not a fan of this product .

Have only used it a few times some complaints are the back of the stove is flat and doesnt allow room for the plug so it doesnt go flush to the wall the bottom drawer has screws so you cant just pull it all the way out for cleaning purposes...however I like the way it operates and cooks nice and even for the oven part as well as having different options for burner sizes is very convenient

We purchased about three weeks ago for Lowes as part of a special package they were offering for LG appliances. The stove looks great with the other LG appliances all steel metal type and is very functional for what we need. The LG overhead microwave we purchased and the stove looks great in our kitchen and updates the house as well
