We bought our refrigerator in Sept. of 2020. It has been a huge let down. The ice maker is extremely inconsistent. Sometimes it produces a bunch of ice and then others it takes 3-5 days for it to produce any ice at all. The water is room temperature and the dispenser is SO SLOW! It takes forever to fill up a cup of water. Often times we resort to bags of ice and water bottles because it™™s just so much more convenient. Definitely disappointed!

Bought this refrigerator 8/2020 - Never received it until 10/20 because of Covid. The ice maker is so loud it sounds like someone is breaking into our house during the night. Had to have the ice maker replaced 2 months ago, service man dented the door still hasn™™t replaced it. Everything freezes in the one drawer, service man said to put some tape on the vent to keep the cold air out. These are Frigidaire service men too. Don™™t like that the water is room temperature. Biggest mistake buying this refrigerator.

We bought same model as our previous Frigidaire because it had been a reliable refrigerator for us. We are disappointed with the quality of workmanship of our new refrigerator. The front of refrigerator has several 'obvious dents' that were not a result of shipping - seems like the interior door foam didn't expand inside the door panel evenly. The doors are set so far off that they cannot be leveled with each other and the gap between the doors is noticeably uneven top to bottom. The when the front of the cabinet is properly leveled, the back right wheel is 3/8" off the floor (had to shim the back wheel, because we cannot get all 4 wheels to touch and have the cabinet properly level in front. It seems like the overall cabinet is not true to square. (we checked the floor - it is level). The quality of the workmanship is disappointing for such a high priced refrigerator.

I had one problem early on; then after about 3 years, the inside plastic liner of the freezer (left side, front to back) split in half. I now have to buy a new refrigerator! Of all things, this should never happen; no one moved it; no one overloaded it. It's like distressed plastic that failed. And do you think Frigidaire will take responsibility? (I called.)

I bought this refrigerator 6 months ago. The doors never closed correctly. Then the ice maker didn't work right. Now today, the freezer completely stopped working. The customer service people aren't able to come and "fix" it for almost 2 weeks. All my food is in the trash and no freezer for 2 weeks. Never again!!

We purchased this fridge in Nov 2020 and by Jan 2021 the left side bulged out causing the freezer door to not close properly.. replacement number 1 was also damaged and the freezer door didn't close properly and the back and left side were dented. Replacement number 3 was also bulged out on both sides and the back, doors don't align, handles creased and water dispenser leaks horribly.

I bought this same size Gallery fridge in 2015 and absolutely LOVED it! I sold it with my house in 2020 and, when I bought my new home with the fridge negotiated to include, it was a GE piece of garbage. After four visits from a repair company. I gave up. I wanted what I had before, and bought another same-size Gallery.Trying to be fair, this is an amazing refrigerator for anyone buying new with high expectations. But I can only rate it "good" because the brand appears to have cheapened in just these few years. The lighting in atrocious. You can see pretty well on the fridge side, but you can hardly see anything on the freezer side. They redesigned the ice configuration for unknown reasons, as well as changed the ice mold to tiny pyramids instead of the classic half moons. They melt faster, so they dilute your beverage faster. It is definitely NOT an improvement. I will give them marks for changing the freezer wire basket to a plastic one... for now. Given the many reviews about the plastics fracturing in both the fridge and freezer, this may not be an improvement at all. All I can say about it is that my former fridge's wire basket did not fit the tracks properly and I had to bend the heck out of it. Maybe this is the fix. Only time will tell.Back to the ice maker, I am VERY disappointed with the in-door dispenser. They made it all blend in to the stainless background, but you cannot see what setting the dispenser is on. You have to crouch and twist to get the right lighting angle to see what the settings are. I suppose the presume the owner will memorize the what the position of the tiny light means, but there is no back light for water / cube / crush like there is for the temp, which is really stupid. Raise your hand... who uses temp settings more often than dispenser settings? You just can't see it unless to torque your body around to get the right room light to see it.I have many more issues with my "new" fridge, some of which may be just the incompetence of the big box store contract installers. THEY said my fridge cannot be made level because of the rollers in front. After making them come out again, they further iterated that the rear feet are stationary, and despite adjustable front rollers, they still cannot make my fridge level. No matter what. Unless I get someone else to shim the back because they can't make it level that way for liability reasons. The vital question: Can I make a jello salad without it being sloshed to one corner? Answer: Nope!In the end, while this is a really good fridge, it's not as good as recent past "improved" models. I'm really disappointed. Happier than I was with the psycho fridge my home came with, but not at all impressed with the degradation of the Frigidaire brand with their "upgrade" Gallery line being worse than it was a mere five years ago.

A big box store guy talked me into this one, never again. First off, when you dispense water, it's VERY loud when the water starts and ends. It makes a very loud noise. Also, unlike my previous fridge, the water is not chilled when it comes out. When it's making ice and it drops it into the tray, you would think someone is breaking into your house, again very loud. Seeing the switch at night to decide if you want ice or water is near impossible, who ever designed this needs to go back to school. All of that I can let pass BUT NOW the screws holding one side of the bracket for a bottom pull out shelf in the freezer have popped out of the side so now I can't even use that shelf/basket. POOR DESIGN AGAIN and its past the warranty. So disappointed!!!! I literally hate this fridge and hate is such a strong word

This fridge came part of a new build home, so we did not choose it. After a year of owning, many of the drawers and shelves have broken. Normally I would let that slide - but the compressor makes the LOUDEST noise ever. It comes on multiple times day/night and lasts for 1-2 hours. It™™s so annoying and honestly stress-inducing. The technician said there™™s nothing he can do, it™™s just the way the compressor is made.

We bought this refrigerator along with a suite of other Frigidaire Gallery appliances. It worked wonderfully for a week but then the compressor became loud for extended periods of time. Called to have it looked at and the authorized repairman said everything was functioning properly and that a loud compressor means it™™s working hard. I have never had a refrigerator that is this loud, including commercial ones. Not a great experience so far.

We bought this refrigerator less than a year ago. It has never made ice properly. We have had it fixed, parts replaced, and been instructed on what to check. But today we still have no ice. It is so frustrating that something is sold that doesn't work. The water through the door is also warm. Somehow it is not refrigerated before it is dispensed. This has been a flaw with the device since we got it. I am totally disappointed.

I had a house built 2 years ago and the Builders use frigidaire. Less than a year the freezer periodically stopped making ice. I read this was a known issue with this company. Suggestions were to turn off the refrigerator to allow the water hose to defrost. I found myself having to do this once a week. Now the ice maker doesn't make ice at all. Have to now purchase a new refrigerator. Just had to replace my frigidaire microwave less than a month ago because it too kept going out.

I simply Love It. All I wanted was a spacious refrigerator with ice maker. Even though I don't use the ice maker, because I live in Flint, MI. I buy water, make Ice with my ice maker, which is a Frigidaire also. I've gotten use to getting ice from the door. It even crush Ice and I already have a ice crusher. I can use in garage with old fridge. I can't complain. Just need more food. Gotta get to grocery store........Thank You

I've had this model for almost 2 years. The ice maker constantly produces crushed ice despite selecting the cubed option. There is a vertical slide switch behind the ice maker that gets stuck in the up position (the crushed position), even when we never select crushed. You can manually slide it down but it never stays. Also, it seems slow to make ice. The manual says it makes 10 cubes (and the cubes are small) every 75 to 90 minutes, or 2.5 to 3.0 pounds in 24 hours. If you have guests, you will run out. Also, at certain times of the day the compressor is abnormally loud. A technician came out and wedged a piece of foam next to it which helped, but it is still louder than any fridge I have ever had.

The first refrig door was bent and had to be returned. The second refrig the freezer door leaked air and therefore the freezer created frost throughout.

We spent a few months looking at refrigerators for our new house and decided on the gallery series for all of our appliances, so far I absolutely love all the interior lights, the control panel, the water and ice dispenser work flawlessly! The width and Depth were perfect for our space and the freezer has so much more space than our last side by side. The fridge was the 2nd item we purchased from the gallery series for our new kitchen and we are planning on replacing the rest of our appliances with the gallery series.

I bought this product because it fits in my space between the counter and the wall. It has almost zero clearance so when I open the refrigerator, the door does not hit the wall. It seems that I can put more food into this side by side than my old refrigerator that had the freezer on the bottom.

This is much larger inside than my 20 year old that it replaced. I really like the glass shelves and the shelving in the freezer as opposed to baskets. It's relatively quiet (you hear the ice maker only).

I bought this about this about a month ago (during limited stock) after mine died and there weren't many options that would fit my space, but this refrigerator fit perfectly. It has more shelves than my last and I love all the space. I also really like how well lit the space is using LED lights. I am very happy with this new refrigerator and would recommend it to my friends.

We received the refrigerator several months ago, and so far, so good. Even though is the same size of my previous one, I find that everything fits better, is more comfortable. The ice box is a bit small, for the intense use we give it. Also, it makes some noise when getting water for the ice. Other than those two details, the fridge is really nice and comfy and Great for the price.
